Still More Legal Fallout

Duck and Cover continues to keep up with the latest courtroom drama in the conflict between Interplay and Bethesda Softworks over Fallout Online and whether Interplay has lived up to the conditions that will allow them to release a Fallout MMORPG after selling the franchise to Bethesda. They note that court documents indicate the case will be decided by the court (judge), rather than a trial by jury as previously planned. They also note a motion by Interplay suggesting they are seeking to have their entire agreement with Bethesda nullified, which would have the rights to the entire franchise to them.

I doubt that will happen either. Its just more pre-trial motion spam. Both sides often do this, and don't expect most of it to happen.
