A new trailer from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is titled "The Vet & The n00b," offering a tale of two players from the upcoming continuation of the CoD series of military shooters. Word is: "The official Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 live action trailer featuring Sam Worthington, Jonah Hill and Dwight Howard. Whether you're a veteran of Call of Duty or a n00b just starting out, there is a soldier in all of us."

I don't think Steam is releasing until 10am.

We shall see though, as my key is from Amazon....

So... uh... I didn't realize the game came out at midnight tonight.
And the embargo is lifted at... midnight tonight.

This isn't wholly uncommon, but a huge game not having a single pre-release review available? Not one?

edit - I think BF3 did the same, no? Or maybe reviews hit on Monday for the Tuesday release.

I gotta admit that the trailer made me chuckle several times. Too bad it's a new trailer for the same game they've released four years in a row now. They should just call it Call of Duty 2K12. Creston

They should have spent the celebrity money on R&D into getting feature parity with BF3. It makes Call of Duty look like childs play.

I am assuming these are the types of things they are developing for the pay for service that we aren't getting access to the PC. Big whoop. Seems like a waste of time and resources.

You mean Retailers aren't going to be relevant for much longer. They see their own death approaching, thats why they try to squeeze as much money as they can out before they go tits-up.

Excellent ad.
Nothing to do with the game, and Sam Worthington continues to be entirely bland and forgettable (I'd never be able to pick him out of a lineup), but excellent nonetheless.

Better than Battlefield 3's "99 bitches" trailer. Got an email from Bestbuy showing that you can play the game before the "midnight" release date etc, available for Xbox and PS3. No mention of PC version at all.
