I would get OMD if it was co-op That's a shame but oh well. It's not really structured for multiplayer right now, they would need to recreate all of the maps and totally rebalance. Just doesn't make sense so that they can tick off a box saying "Multiplayer Support!". Game is awesome with or without it IMO. I'm with you here. OMD rocks. I am anxiously awaiting the extra maps DLC. |

I would get OMD if it was co-op. Which is why I will be DD and wish someone would jump in Sanctum with me.
A reliable source tells me Skyrim is awesome - but if you get a really sweet weapon from venturing out to an early side mission, it becomes kind of easy for a while. oh, and I am told save often. |

I didn't get any mileage out of Payday and really regret the purchase. We bought a 4pack but the game has little to no replay value beyond grinding and the FPS stuff was boring to be honest. The game is very poorly paced with long periods of downtime strangely contrasted against console style wave spawns that get downright absurd in the numbers thrown at you. It felt like someones first Source mod with slightly higher production values. Thankfully BF3 came out and was actually good so we got our MP game for the next year or so.
Orcs Must Die on the other hand was the best $15 I spent since Terraria. Fair replay value and great gameplay, I just love the shit out of that game. I tried Dungeon Defenders but it feels so clunky after playing OMD that I can't get into it. Orcs Must Die is the perfect marriage of FPS style play with tower defense, it's great having both the macro and micro be very well implemented and fun. |

| It's Left 4 Dead with Bank Robbers in place of survivors and Cops in place of Zombies. It has more nuance to be sure, but that's it in a nutshell. Not the deepest game ever but I am enjoying the hell out of it. |

| I will be out of town next week until Sunday night and I ordered from NewEgg for $47, so it probably won't be here until Monday if it ships from Memphis or Tuesday if it ships from CA. I'll have my netbook with me to check news and shit, so please use spoiler tags. |

Well Beth said they were going to try and have an EC unlock of midnight(9pm WC). So I guess we'll see. In which case a preload of somewhere between the 8th or 9th seems realistic. |

I think the 10th is a typo or some mistake. But by all that is holy I hope steam is accurate lol. This week is going to be the slowest week I've ever experienced while I wait for Skyrim to hit.
Oh I'm sorry, thats not accurate. The final week waiting for Guild Wars 2 will be that week. But this one will be close! |

Steam front page says 10th, but the counter is right at midnight of the 10th EST.

| I've heard the 9th through an unofficial channel. Take that as you want. |
