Following
the indication that 10 million units have shipped for
Battlefield 3,
EA announces the game has sold five million copies in its first week, "making it the fastest-selling game in EA’s history." Also, a post on the
Battlefield Blog thanks Battlefield 3 for their valuable feedback, and offers a status report on the state of the recently released military shooter sequel. They outline post-launch improvements in the game, and highlight five areas they are continuing to work on: Quick Match functionality, squad joining, Origin authentication, dealing with cheaters, and server maintenance.

Theres already servers like that, no conquest server i know has metro in rotation - and Metro can be balanced by the use of smoke grenades, sadly too few people use them (or have them)
Bazar normal conquest is FAR crappier, that alley is a pure slaughterhouse, yeah theres 5 ways in, but you can camp at either side of the alley and shoot all the way over, it lends itself to missile and mortar spam... thats really badly balanced if a team commits to the slaughter (though the map is otherwise fine)
Mortars should have ammo and missiles an unlockable deployable defense that offers protection against missiles in an area. Sadly i doubt Dice would do that. If all fails, smoke grenades always work |
