Wow, that was some insane World Series game six last night. I think this has to make the Cardinals the heavy favorites for game seven if there are lessons to be learned from the past. The 1985 Royals, 1986 Mets, and 2002 Angels each had improbable game six comebacks, and each won their respective series.

After the 6th, the pitchers were going for overpowering strikeouts, putting it right in the zone as fast as they could, and the hitters were blatantly hitting for the fences. And both worked, for a while. It was unbelievable baseball. What a great game.

Not that I really ever watch baseball but I did catch the end of the game from the bottom of the 9th onward and I must agree that was awesome as a possum. I just love watching all of the shots of the Cards fans as their last hope - Freese - came up and the pandemonium as he saved the day...twice. And really, you couldn't even write it better than that. Hometown boy is hometown hero for a day if not the series now.

I wish the "click the block to remove it" physic puzzle flash game fad would end. It's almost as bad as the tower defense fad.
