Bethesda's Fallout MMO Injunction Appeal Denied

The United States Court of Appeals has denied an appeal by Bethesda Softworks of the recently denied attempt for a preliminary injunction to halt development of the Fallout MMOG they claim Interplay has forfeited rights to develop. Joystiq has a copy of the legal documents showing development of the contentious game may continue.

The Court of Appeals denied an appeal of the denied attempt for a preliminary injunction to halt development of an MMO by a developer who retained the rights to develop the MMO on the condition that they develop it within a specific time frame.
