Re: Game Reviews Oct 26, 2011, 14:20 Matshock   I understand the frustrations. I just popped open my disc copy, with 2 nice, fast installing DVDs in it. They don't work- won't even open the executable don't work. So, I had to punch in my product key into Origin. Then I had to exit Origin, re-run it as an administrator then start up the download again. I didn't need to do that for the Beta. If I gave DICE a 100 and EA an equally weighted 20 that's 60. Valve did this with Steam/Half Life 2. "Wanna play HL2? You'll have to beta test our shitty DRM for us." OK, HL2 was worth it and there was no other way to play it. EA's problem is that Steam doesn't suck anymore and Origin does. There's also MW3 and while I'm not a fan there are others who are. This could go badly for EA.
