It does, but you are limited to 30 second clips and the ingame video encoder was pretty lousy. Best way to do it was run FRAPS and record a video of the demo running, and then encode that externally and upload to Youtube.
Multi view demo support is an awesome thing, and I am really surprised how rare it is in shooters these days. I think Black Ops was the first PC game to have it in a very, very long time. I believe MW3 will have it too. This comment thread made me do some research and it turns out that
BF3 will not have a Battlerecorder, which is absurd considering the best part of the game (that people would want to share) are the unscripted Battlefield moments that can happen at any time.
