The Research@Intel Blog has images of Intel's IDF demo of Wolfenstein: Ray Traced. The visuals are quite impressive, but as you may have guessed, this is not something that will run on a netbook, as they explain this requires a system with eight Knights Ferry video cards. Thanks Ant via Slashdot.

Still waiting to be impressed. Not a knock at raytracing, just the demo at hand. Come back to me when that is rendered in real time on a single cpu.
