The First 2 1-2 Hours of Gears of War 3 Are the Series' Best Start. WHUA?!
All 3 games are identical...and the games are about 5-6 hours long. SO the first 30% of the game is the best they have done? ugh. This, Madden, Tiger Woods, MW, Guitar Hero, Rockband, all needs to go away. |

| True, the tech behind 3D needs to improve. They've come a long way in the last couple of years. Ideally, you wouldn't need glasses, either. |

That's why I got a passive 3D TV. $4 glasses.
No ghosting, no headache, impressive 3d picture. The only drawback is that the picture is interlaced instead of 1080p with passive 3D. But at the 14 feet back that my couch is from my 65" tv, you can't see the interlacing. |

I own a 3D TV that I've never used the 3D features for just because of that. Doesn't do much good to have a 3D device, even a pretty good one like mine, when it would require another investment in glasses that can be half as much as the TV for an average sized family to watch it together. |

I think when 3D input devices mature (Wiimote/Move/Kinect), 3D gaming will take off. Folks who puked during The Blair Witch Project will still have non-3D to play. I for one look forward to this new world!
Of course, I don't have problems with motion sickness. |
