To be clear, I understand that you did not mean what you said as a slur, but intent is not really a factor in trying to keep the discourse civil here. I can't delete one post for saying the things you did and not delete yours because of "context." I was not angry at what you did, I merely deleted your post. I was, however, surprised at the comment about me "missing" the context, which you repeat above. Keeping language like that out of these forums is not an issue of context, and it sounds like you may still be "missing" that point. |

I like to think I actually have a pretty well-developed sense of humor. I guess I'm wrong, as I didn't see how that brief out of context clip that tried to make this a joke about Kanye's race was so funny and not at all racist.
