But unless he lived out in the sticks and was far-far away from anyone, how could he NOT think that maybe it wasn't allowed.
Considering it sounds like he doesn't know what he's doing the chance for contamination was probably pretty high. Which means the neighbors could've been exposed (directly, via the water table, etc).
Back in 1994 a 17 year old kid attempted to build a reactor in a shed in his back yard, which resulted in the NRC dismantling the shed and digging up the back yard to be shipped off for storage.

I do believe the second is the more accepted theory but which has the best evidence? From the way I understand it, it's both.
Something smashed into Earth creating a moon and another smaller moon (or possibly just debris) that then at some point "splatted" onto the back of the larger one creating our Moon today.
edit: I didn't actually read this particular article yet, but I now see it agrees with my assesment:
Jutzi told the UK Guardian that the impact produced a disc of debris around the Earth and from this disc we got the moon, but there is no reason why only one moon would be formed. |

I tried logging back in, it just hung, so I rebooted and I'm back in fine (plus I can still get into the Steam Community fine, so I don't think my account got hijacked), it just seems weird that it would just decide to expire my credentials?
Anyone have any idea?
Creston @ Creston - I experienced the same thing a couple/few months ago, which of course was very concerning. I did the same thing by rebooting my system, logged back into Steam, and then all was normal again, thank God. I checked my status and it showed that I was still 'In Good Standing' and everything was normal and in-check. Whew.......
I believe it happened to me following a Steam update. Just a bizarre glitch I guess.
Good luck, and I hope your account and credentials are all in-check as well.

No, on my work box I don't save the pw... It's weird.
I've been trying to find stuff on the steam forums about it, and most people seem to think it's related to Steam going down.
Everything still seems fine, so I guess it was just a glitch.

I've not seen that at all. Do you have your password saved to auto login? And if so, did it prompt you to manually reenter it when it restarted?
