Most of the mods don't really fix much, they just change the gameplay elements or modify cosmetic aspects of the game. The game is fully playable from start to finish and while you may encounter some scripting oddities, it is definitely a complete game that's been patched several times to fix most of the showstoppers. |

Any FONV on sale today with both DLC. Now that's a deal. |

That Frozen Synapse price finally looks about right, I think I'll bite on that and meh to the rest which I already own anyway. I think some of us are rapidly approaching the steam saturation point where stuff can go on sale all they want but we already own most of it |

I'm at work, so can't actually use Steam...website had loaded fine and quickly.
Edit: Just loaded fine again...was slightly slower...but it's also 10am PST which is when the new deals switch over...so high traffic time.
Anyone know if Bully was ever fixed for PC? The crappy texture loading issues, etc? If not, looks like I keep my money today.

Dev, you ranting about Steam not having enough servers, etc, etc is getting a little long in the tooth considering Steam has very very little downtime and even more rarely that it falls during prime-time.

Dragon Age Ultimate Edition is a 1 day sale for $10.20 that isn't visible on the front page. The Steam trailer does nothing for me and Shovelware isn't my favorite developer, but I'm still curious to see what all the fuss is about. Dragon Age: Origins is actually a great game with meaningful choices and consequences and combat that doesn't require the use of an awesome button. The DLC and expansion seem not to be that great. I didn't buy any of them. But the base game is worth it IMO. |

Yeah, except the validity of review scores is so tainted by advertising dollars that it's more like:

Oh and Witcher 2, yeah...what a great game that was. Especially since I've played both sides now. |
