Quote of the Day

"I would very much love a Kinect game in which you are a monkey in a zoo who is flinging his feces at park visitors." -- Epic designer Cliff Bleszinski. That's why he gets the big bucks. Thanks Morris.

It figures he would be attracted to a monkey poo game.

Oh please. If it came out as a 2-3 dollar xbox arcade game it'd sell a bajillion copies. Especially if it came with multiplayer where you could throw poo at other monkeys.

The people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.

I was at a friends party where there was kinect everything goin' on.

I urinated in the punch bowl and left before they could kick me out, or worse still, make me play one of those games. . .

Oh, Cliffy B, been away from gaming for a few years, probably wont ever return, he's probably good at what he does I guess, better than I could do anyway, and I ain't got no Ferrari or whatever , but I always thought he was a bit of a Nigel, (apologies to any Nigel's out there, and my condolences, but stay strong, you'll grow from the experience) anyway, who cares ? Quake and Doom were always better games anyway, at least to me, but I see id has also sold out, I didn't think that would happen, but there you go.

Anyway, I got to go visit some other old fav sites, game on people . . .

I was at a friends party last night & there was kinect indoor bowling.

Guess what I scored?......ready.....keep in mind it was like my 3rd ever game on this thing & my first for the night.

220

two twenty

twooooo hundie & twenty

6! count em six strikes in a row then like 3 strikes at the end of the game.

My 11 year old opponent who plays this shit all the time finished 112, I mean come on little girl wheres your game huh, where your game?

Needless to say I walked away from it gloating, high fiving everyone & refusing a re-match.

Here's another good use for Kinect in a console FPS: How about adding lean? It seems like it would be pretty simple to add. I suppose they wouldn't want to give Kinect users an advantage over those just using controllers.

BUT BUT BUT! Instead of poo - you can replace it with a synonym for poo! You can fling copies of DNF, Gears and Bulletstorm!!!!!!

Hell I'd buy that!!!!!

Ok here is a PERFECT use of the Kinect. Assassin's Creed games. Now you can move your arms in the same manner to move through crowds! Or whistle to call in your assassin's or any of the other guilds.

Apparently, this post has since been deleted. Perhaps too honest, or a prank on him by someone?

(Actually, reloading it seems to back and forth between 404 and showing.)
