I am sorry but this is total joke. Relic should be ashamed. Last stand additions especially few lousy items should be free in an update. If they want my money how about they actually do some work and put some good campaign missions compared to the crap they put in retribution... thanks.

I've played since then, but haven't really looked at the store. Had someone do a trade with me the other night. There were a lot of items I'd never heard of, so yeah, I guess I'm a bit behind on that. Thankfully most of it doesn't matter much in the game.

There was paid DLC for TF2? What was that?

Haven't you logged in since the introduction of the Mann co. store last year? Item packs now sell for up to $55 and individual items sell for up to $7.50. Most of those items can be found or crafted in game, if you're patient enough, but not all.

Wow, that's even more expensive than I had imagined. Though, it's hard to complain when the last stand mode was a free bonus, and they recently released a DLC pack of equal size for free. It's reminiscent of what Valve did with TF2, creating lots of free content and some paid. I can only hope other companies, like EA, will take notice of how it cuts down on player resentment if there's a mix of free and paid DLC.
