Not industry leaders, but every once in a while I get contacted by a smaller site asking if I want to work with them. Honestly, getting the games for free and setting my own schedule is worth not getting paid. I like playing new games and I like writing, so it's a win-win, though of course it'd be even better if I made money off of it 
I love the format and consistency of your site and reviews therein. It's a simple layout that's easy on the brain, yet there's lots of content there. I'd like to see more reviews there. Not sure if you can find someone of similar mindset to help..?
