Didnt the NSA pioneer this in the 90's? I would wager its done more in the US then anywhere else in the world other then China maybe...
At least in Russia they (Putin) let you write what you want then you simply dissapear one day... |

his book shows how governments around the world are using paid bloggers, tweets, surveillance and censorship for political ends. The feds are doing this and more here in the US too (except perhaps outright censorship, save wikileaks).
