yea.....i need to move forward, but no one told me you can up your stats by buying them from that chic in Nexus! DAMNIT!!!!!!!! I suck. Probably should just start over. rofl
How did you think you improved your stats?
Anyways, STR/DEX are mostly useful only in getting to the minimum level required to wear that weapon you're eyeing. END is super important to any melee fighter (and VIT to a lesser extent). LCK is right out unless you are going to wield the blueblood sword (which I have a character doing. It's extremely powerful). There is also a strong melee build with super-high FTH (that I also have) who uses Blessed weapons. And then obviously you only want a minimum MGC or INT to cast any specific spell you really want (unless you are going pure caster, which is difficult as a starting class).
The game isn't AS difficult as it's made out to be; it's just unforgiving. Once you master dodging and/or blocking and get proficient with your weapon type, things get pretty easy. It's also possible to easily farm for souls on the second level of stage 4. It's not required, but for low-level characters it can really help. The biggest thing you have to do is TAKE.IT.SLOW. Don't even sprint if you don't know exactly what (or who) is ahead of you. Don't rush into ANY enemy thinking you're infinitely superior to it. Well, since I picked a class, I figured it was a typical level up as you go thing.....I got my feet wet during 4 hours of play - and my ass kicked..... Going to start over. |

Big ups to Ted Williams, would love to hear him read "Blue's News, All the carnage that's fit to post!"
I'd kick in $5 if we could get that to play on the front page!

Well you can blame the baby boomer generation for all of this fucking shit. Brainwashed into thinking that communists were out to get them, suddenly *BAM* goes the Iron Curtain and it turns out communists arent Orcs from Mordor but people just like everybody else....
But what now??? Who to hate??? Along comes Osama bin Laden and well you know the rest of that story.... |

Explosion may be too strong of a word. The packages were smoldering. In one case there was a flare up," said the state official, who asked not to be identified because Maryland State Police was in charge of the investigation. Woops. Why the f*** are Americans always sending their planes to Canada when they have a possible terrorist on board and why does our American-loving Conservative government always allow it?
They did the same thing on 9/11 when the planes landed in Canada on the east coast.
The foreign policy mess is your doing...you clean up the mess. Agreed. And stop being so goddamned overly paranoid. The news stories we continually read about someone spots an unattened bag somewhere and people start running around like chickens with their heads cut off, SWAT teams and bomb squads are called in and it turns out to be someone's sack lunch or some shit. America is the only country - with the exception of North Korea maybe - that sees enemies everywhere all the time when they don't exist.
In a twist reminiscent of the plot of the 1964 Glenn Ford movie 'Fate Is the Hunter', the coffee spill caused distress signals to go out, including code 7500, which means hijacking or unlawful interference. Crazy, that was just on TCM 2 nights ago. Great flick! Umm...you were saying...http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_packages_explode_maryland |
