Once again, Phoronix does the linux world absolutely 0 justice with it's flawed tests on "games" that less than 1% of gamers actually play.
I won't even go into the WINE methodology and how actual DX calls are passed to OGL.
Blue, man please, find another decent linux site to get news like this from, there HAS to be one. Phoronix has dropped the ball and printed nonsense for too long as an excuse to exist. (yes I know how smart some of those guys are, it's just that you rarely get to see it with articles like this turd.) |

So it sounds like you need to purchase the buy back plan, along with the erroneous 'in good maintenance' requirement, I'm trying to figure out who this would be a good deal for other than best buy.
Really it'd have to be someone who's buying a new computer every 6months to a year and not reselling their old one, giving it to a friend or relative maybe. And they're not tech savvy enough to know how to build their own machine or where to get a better one for a better price.
I'm sure a lot of people will think its a great deal, things like this always sound good until you actually think about how long you have a computer, the reasons you get a new one and what you do with the old one. |

"With Urban Terror, the Ubuntu Linux performance again came out ahead of Windows 7. "
But this isn't what the chart shows. |
