Maybe with ease of aim on FPS certain guns need more recoil or less power from console to PC. But for general gameplay balance issues I don't see what would change in a port.

Aim sensitivity is the biggest factor. Manually controlled turrets, for example, could not have a forced low sensitivity on PC like it could on consoles. I don't know if MNC has any manual turrets but the principle remains the same. The ability to aim much more quickly and accurately means weapons need to be rebalanced. Movement would ideally be faster too, since it looked pretty damn slow on X360.

The beta needs work, it very much is a beta. However, the core game is very fun when you get it going. They do seem to be genuinely working to hammer things out.

Keeping a close eye on this and how the beta goes. Right now the forums are filled with bug reports regarding connection issues and server issues. IF I see these problems stabilize I'm getting this game since it's so highly regarded by a lot of people.

I became totally addicted to this on the Xbox, its a really really good game - you guys are in for a treat. I only hope the PC port is as good as the XBLA one, it really is a super fun game. (and has a depth in its game play).

Well it's a beta PC port. It's not like they're working on bugs related to gameplay or balance.

Actually, I'd hope that they would be working on balancing issues. After all, a PC game needs different balancing than a console game.

Like what exactly?

I heard it was pretty good on XBLA, but I'll wait to see what the general consensus is for PC. If it is good, though, it should see a decent audience on Steam.

Looks interesting, but I generally stay away from betas. First impressions are important, and betas often give a poor one.

I've been wanting to play this game since I first heard of it. Now that I finally can play it I just need to drag myself away from Black Ops. And make sure I don't start a fresh game of Civ V.

Same here... I blame Penny-Arcade.

Always gettin' me excited about console games I'll never play because I'm sick of fixing my 360.
