I've wanted the Tropico DLC for awhile, but it's annoying that I can't get the DLC by itself or gift the extra copy of Tropico 3. I'll definitely grab Machinarium.
Hopefully today will have more 'new' sales. Warhammer was on sale a few weeks ago, Torchlight and the Total War series are almost constantly discounted, Burnout was in the summer sale too. I really want Vampire the Masquerade for $5 so I can happily gift it to people who will never play it.

| That Indie pack is a good deal if you are into those types of games or trying new things for little scratch. Iron Grip alone is easily worth 5 bucks. Lousy graphics and rudimentary AI, but I found it to be crazy fun in MP on the highest difficulty. |

Sales are all subjective anyway, someone waiting for Batman, DoW2 and Torchlight is probably like "YEAH OMG AWESOME." It all depends. This. If I didn't already own all the games I want, I'd be pretty happy with these sales. There have been some great deals on games like Arkham Asylum, DAO: Ultimate Edition, Just Cause 2, Dead Rising 2, ArmA2, FO:NV, Prototype, etc. All games I'd definitely be interested in buying if I didn't already have them.
Oh, if you missed Amazon's $30 sale for FO:NV, Gamestop is selling it at the same price too: http://www.ebgames.com/Catalog/ProductDetails.aspx?product_id=74569

Time for some new stuff. Nothing subjective about that. |

It also has no controller prompts, it's still keyboard stuff even with a Xbox or other controller plugged in.
Game isn't that great either really, it's Mario Kary without any charm or fun at all.
I only buy Steam download exclusives on Steam so I got Deathspank... nothing today I want. |

| Bought Arma 2 Combined Ops on Steam, and the Positech Games pack. I've been meaning to try Kudos for a while now, and Starship Tycoon looks different. Anyone know if Blur is any good? |

Apparently Target had Black Ops for sale last last midnight for $10 on PC for 10 minutes. It sold out everywhere.

SBlat wrote on Nov 26, 2010, 15:48: The entire Arma 2 line (including the DLC) is on sale for 50% off on Steam, making Combined Ops a much better deal than either of the two games alone, it's only $2.50 more to get both. You can also buy them directly from Bohemia Interactive for a similar price, only BIS will make more money from your purchase. Only downside is that their download servers are pretty slow. Bright side is that the games won't be tied to your Steam account so you can install them anywhere. There is a required online activation for the games but then, so does Steam.

So I bought the 'gold' edition of Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War II...
I know pretty much nothing about this game.. but it looked interesting a while back, so for $14, I bit the mini bullet...
Sadly, the timing sucks, as I can't play it for a week... Then Cata comes out, so I might be a bit busy there... but one day... I'll try it : )
oh and... Torchlight... Recommended... But I imagine everyone (who's anyone?) that has any interest in Action RPGs already has it... : )
