There's a new developer diary video for The Witcher 2 on Big Download showing off the game engine for CD Projekt's upcoming RPG sequel. The audio for the nine-minute clip is in Polish, but there are English subtitles.

You're probably thinking of Namco-Bandai (A Japanese publisher) who is handling the game's distribution through Western Europe for some reason. CD Projekt is handling the rest of Europe and Atari is taking care of the US.
