The first flaw in the business plan was to try to earn money with illegal content. The second flaw was that they actually sit in the US (how stupid can you be?). The final flaw, was that they didn't have a brain to think because anyone with one could see this lawsuit coming from miles away and succeeding.

So good decision by the courts, punish stupidity!
