I think I'm going to be picking up the Eidos collection on Steam, if it's on sale for the holidays for $50-$75 again. So getting Batman now would be a bit of a waste.
A cool sale I just saw in the comments at RPS is Puppy Games' back catalog (Ultratron, Titan Attacks, and Droid Assault) for $4.97. Just the sort of deal I was waiting for, and puppy games have a pretty good system, after you buy the pack all you need to do is download a game's demo and type in your email address and it's automatically registered. Since the demo's always going to be available on a mirror somewhere you don't have to worry about the store's redownload policy. |

And for that price it's worth it, you would be doing yourself a disservice not playing it. I can't believe there are actually people that haven't played it!! Does the demo count as playing it? |

I figure it'll be $7.99 by the time the Christmas sale hits. Thoughts? It's a phenomenal game that, in my opinion, is well worth $40. For $14 you should already be playing it. I bought it at full retail the day it came out - didn't regret 1 penny. Played the hell out of it - and looking forward to another play through right before the 2nd one comes out. |

You need it on more then 4 machines? Isn't it 4 installs per month anyway? Not sure. And they don't seem to go out of their way to explain it. It's just listed as "4 machine activation limit".
I've played though it on the 360, so the pcs advantage would be a higher screen rez and hopefully slightly improved graphics. But I detest anything that places limits on installs, and avoid them whenever possible. I feel like it's kind of an insult, seeing as I'm sure there's an ISO out there "somewhere" with no limits whatsoever. Yet the paying customer gets the shaft.

If you have even a passing interest in Batman, simply put you are a fool for not picking up Arkham Asylum for <$14. It's a fantastic action game, and very possibly the best Superhero game ever made. (Except for Freedom Force if you are a huge Golden Age comic fan like myself )
Anyone have any thoughts on "The Ball"? |
