Had 3-4 "lets start over with all our stats....we f'd up"
After our first, we jumped right into a second, which was even more fun now that we are uber powerful, have tons of money to buy vehicle keys, have large inventory, etc. We are also trying to save everyone - which is a damn hard task!
A side note, we didn't use drinks or hardly any mags in game for our first playthrough - was pretty vanilla.....now that we are mixing drinks - shit is WAY easier! hahahahah
Very fun.

Not much new there mind you, and if the previous games are anything to go by it's likely to get a lot of support. I think its going in the right direction though. It feels more stream lined and designed as a game first. Previous versions feel more like they added a bunch of options to parody history first and turning them into a game was second.
Waiting to buy it wouldn't be a bad move, but in a few expansions it should get rather good. |

Game turns were slow as hell that late in the game but the game just kept chugging along. Hope to get the game running faster in mp. Some better info on ping times might help people get more stable games going. Interesting. I've always liked the civ games, but I'm not into them as much as I am others. I'll probably get civ 5 after it drops in price a bit.
I also have never played a multiplayer civ game, even though I've played all the civs starting from civ 1. I remember either civ 1 or civ 2, you could edit a text file to replace the text in the intro video with whatever you wanted, that was fun. |
