hard was still easy, just had more traffic nightmares.  
Its not the cough that carries you off but the coffin they carry you off in.

I enjoyed these games, but they were far too easy for anyone who had played the first Tropico. Hopefully Tropico 4 will include the option of more volatile politics and fewer routes to ridiculous wealth.
