Well, until someone else steps up to the plate, GOG is it. So you better start showing some respect! |

Or just pirate the sh*t out of it, right? No. If you enjoy the game, buy it. If you don't enjoy it, don't buy it. I think you may have completely missed the point of my post. |

| Wow, the net is abuzz with negativity towards GOG. Way to squander the near universal praise and trust you worked so hard to gain guys. First Stardock and now CD Projekt. Hopefully people will get over it and continue to support them though. The world needs GOG. |

It looks nice but not as different as one might assume. I'll wait for some community reaction on Baldur's Gate to see if it runs with much less hassle than my retail copy... if it's improved in some way I might buy it as a sign of support.

Meh, I'll give my money to someone else. I don't reward a company who acts like an 8 year old and thinks that the boy who cried wolf is a PR strategy. |

Oh the lovely lovely irony of it all - first they fake their death to get PR, and then all that PR breaks their servers and they are really dead!
That said - i can get to the login, but not actually log in |

EDIT: Or not. Guess they are still working it. |

| It doesn't take a "huge marketing budget" to realize you don't pull the wool over your eyes to screw with your customers. Not a bright move and I wouldn't be surprise if this alienates current customers as well as new ones. I sure as heck won't be buying games from them. |

I am sure GOG.com is grateful for all this free advertising on BluesNews with all these constant updates on their PR stunt.
It appears if you want free advertising on BluesNews you can save money by simply creating controversy instead of paying for ads. |
