The flakiness of the internet connection to the BlueTower went from bad to worse this morning, as the cable went down entirely. Fortunately, I keep my feathers numbered for just such an eventuality. No wait, it's that I keep a DSL connection on standby for just such an eventuality, so things are trucking on once again.

So I ordered my mother a PC from newegg on monday to replace a six-year-old dell and it arrived on thursday (newegg!), and on the cheap mouse which it included mouse4 (the side button closer to the wrist) is actually "forward" and mouse5 is actually "back". Years of standardization out the door!

I've come up with new ice cream flavours:

So...I got the itch in the middle of the night...and I went to the local grocer, and I saw that they brought back "Everything But The...." Ben and Jerry's.

I only see this ice cream every 2-3 years....AND IT IS ON SALE!
Load up the freezer kids!
The best ice cream ever made is back!

I've come up with new ice cream flavour-names: Rocky Shock Neapolitan Rage Straw-blast Brown Stuff with chunky brown bits Hedley Wycreme (The ice cream that says "Yum!")+ for our British friends! + it's also a great spread on crackers This comment was edited on Aug 20, 2010, 13:34.
