| Microsoft can think whatever it wants, but if someone at work asks me one more time if I've pre-ordered my copy of Halo Reacharound, I'm going to kill them. |

I think Halo Reach has had the most downloaded and played public beta, by far, in the history of beta's. Millions of people (over 3 million last I heard), tens of millions of hours played.
Not a fan of Halo either. Don't think Microsoft or whoever will lose any sleep over that fact. |

Not me but apparently a few billion dollars worth of people do so *shrug* |

And wtf is with these stupid Halo Reach ads? The most anticipated game of 2010? By whom exactly? This sort of blantant false advertising always annoys the hell out of me. I do not now, nor have I ever cared about the Halo universe. Dear Microsoft, you do not speak for me so fudge you. |

Topless sunbathing has fallen out of fashion in recent years. In both France and Italy, far fewer women abandon their bikini tops on the beach. That statement has me even more troubled. Thanks America for turning Europe into prudes! |

"Let's be clear, my client is tall, brunette and has an ample breast and is, therefore, naturally going to be sensuous when she applies cream to her chest."
This statement has left me very troubled. Had a photo been involved more troubling would have resulted. |

One of my coworkers I gave it to vomited once, spent the rest of the day coughing, and was back the next day. One of my four boys caught it on a camping trip. We kept him in his room for 4 days with plenty of fluids and thankfully no one else in the house caught it. We were worried because at the time my wife was pregnant. The Flu knocked my son on his ass and he lost some weight but all in all it wasn't any worse than the regular flu for him. |

Swine Flu was, indeed, a pandemic; contrary to the dramatic sensationalism we get when the news reports these things, the definition of pandemic doesn't actually take death toll or number of infections into account, just that the bug in question is spreading uncontrollably across borders and populations (which it was, it just turned out not to get a real foothold anywhere and didn't kill a hundred thousand people.)
I ended up missing a week of work when I caught it. One of my coworkers I gave it to vomited once, spent the rest of the day coughing, and was back the next day. |

From what I gather it's not a "superbug" as such, it's a strand of coding for an enzyme which confers total antibiotic immunity to whichever bacteria acquires it. As bacteria often share these fragments of code around it means that almost any bacteria could suddenly develop a strain immune to antibiotics. Time to dig out the russian bacteriophage research, I suspect.
Also, I bet that Italian mother was super-popular round the dinner table that night. |

These superbugs were kinda obvious. I learned when i was a kid that antibiotics, vaccines and counter-virus techniques only BOOSTS the ennemy virus. I really doubt that we can evolve faster than superviruses.
Oh well... what can i do, i'm just an artist. Here's 2 videos i did last night. Watch in 720p/ fullscreen for complete experience.

The Knicks' management have done a good job of clearing out the dead wood over the last couple of years. The roster was full of underachieving, poorly-motivated players with a sense of entitlement, and it's a good thing they're gone.
Only problem is, there was so much dead wood that now it's gone they're left with only 3 or 4 players. My grandma could probably get the job as starting point guard if she laced on some sneakers and broke a sweat in practice. |
