I enjoyed Red Faction Guerrilla for a day or two, but the repetition of mission design and gameplay drags it down.
Yeah, that's about how I felt about it too. Although once you get that nano rifle, it was fun again for a while, just to see what kind of havoc you could create with it.

Just Cause 2 suffers from this as well, although to a lesser degree since you have more abilities and freedom to do just plain awesome stuff. I still play it off and on when I have half an hour to kill.

Yeah Shatter is fun. Like a classic Amiga game, with lots of other influences too. I saw some Star Castle similarities.

Finally, RFG at $5, and that's what I've been waiting for.

I picked up L4D2 the other day for $10, so is picking up the original L4D for $7 worth it?

Some good deals; I have a few of them already though. Still, might get Shatter and FlatOut.

Shatter is a great little game and Red Orchestra is one of the best MP games ever made. A steal at the price.

I wasn't really planning on getting RFG since I had already played it on the 360, but when I realized the PC version includes the DLC that sold for $10 on XBLA, I went ahead and grabbed it from Steam too.

I grabbed Flatout, The Void, and the Guild 2 pack. I'd waited for Steam to get the Guild 2 for months and was happy to see it arrive at 50% off last week, but decided to wait and hope for a 1 day sale. The extra 25% off nearly paid for the other 2 games I bought today.

Such evil genius...

...I had to create a Category in Steam for all the games that I've bought on sale and haven't had time to install.

I'll retire in a decade or two, and might have time to get caught up.

Grabbed Red Faction. I heard it was good and I need to kill some time before I move.

I'm still on the fence about Sid Meier's Pirates! $7.50 is the lowest I've seen it but I think I'll wait until the last day to grab it. Or I might wait. I better make up my mind soon though, as I'm getting a hell of a wedgie from sitting up here.

They finally fixed up Red Faction Guerilla a few months ago so it's definitely worth picking up if anyone was on the fence. There's still some issues with the game, mainly the AI being psychic and annoying but overall it's well done.

Shatter for $2.50 is a steal as well, I'd grab it if I didn't already have it on the PS3. Really fun little 30 minute time waster, I play it every few days still.

Yep grabbed Shatter as well, been waiting for a sale on that one. Also Flatout for $2 aint bad either.
