Max Payne 2 Steam Follow-up

This post offers a follow-up to indications that the version of Max Payne 2 released on Steam was a version previously cracked by a pirate group. The post has images reflecting comments from many users that the Steam version of the shooter sequel was silently updated at some point today, reporting the game now has a lower version number than before, and it no longer contains the logo of the warez group. Last game from Rockstar I'll buy. My Steam account testifies I'm a fan. No more. Silent updates are not addressing the problem, it's hiding it. Not to mention the problems with their other games. They got my money in the past, but no more.
