The entire video game industry survived and flourished for five years with no DRM (1995 - 2000 with the Internet), and even achieved growth with minimal DRM for the next few years (2001 - 2003). Are they saying that by forcing their customers to constantly connect to the Internet to play a single-player game that this is the only way we'll see new PC games from them? This not only insults our intelligence it also insults our wallets. What madness has gripped the industry lately? What did we ever do to them, except give them our hard earned money? Why are they doing this to us?
