This trailer is extremely lame and the weepy version of "New York, New York" (a song I despise in any form) only makes it worse. Thank God for the mute button.
Nevertheless, if anyone is interested, there's a Quicktime version available for download on Fileplanet. |

Better AI would help sell Crysis 5 or so... Marketing can only push something so far before people realize there are better products coming out every day.
The Battlefield series is so popular because it has NO attempt at AI to screw it up. Crysis will fail as a series if they don't improve *something* about the replayability of the franchise.
That being said, it has phenominal graphics... but doesn't everything these days? The better the graphics of the average game become, the more easy it is to understand the old saying, "graphics don't make the game".

Sadly, this is EA. It's much better to just blindly throw money at insane marketing moves than to spend money to make a better game, right EA?
Pretty much. It's an unfortunate truth that marketing sells games. And better AI does not. |

| I have basically wrote this off when they said it was coming to console. It will take a lot (playable game demp) to change that. |

Was the stealth component tossed out? If this is just run and gun action with aliens - completely the worst part of the first game - I know I'll get bored with this one fairly quickly.

| San Fransisco would have been a better location for the game's backdrop, there's some freaky people there that already look like they're from another planet. |

I wish they'd have taken the money that this dumbass stunt cost, and put it into hiring a guy who knows how to program AI.
