You can't tell me you haven't delt with your share of, seemingly at least, inhuman bureaucrats that make you want to kill them because they won't even put forth any simple human decency when dealing with you.

Thankfully most of us have never been royally assfucked by the taxman, but you can understand the guy's position that after so many times and so long of being treated like a criminal that he's going to snap.
