The people having the problem probably don't know how to maintain their PC.

Will never happen - she won't have a significant part in ME3, its just not possible due to the ending of ME2. She'll have a bit-part in ME3, just like Ashley and Kaiden do in ME2.
I mean, think of the potential "carry over" romances in ME3? On the male side you've got Ashley, Tali, Miranda, Kelly, Zack and Liara. Then you've got the same amount on the female side.
Thats TWELVE different romance follow-ups they have to put into ME3.
While I loved the idea of the ME2 ending - having some some actual tension about who will survive added an extra edge - but I'm dissapointed that we won't see characters like Garrus or Tali in the ME3 squad when they've been such familar faces since the start.

I have that art book and I don't see an unmasked Quarian in it...
Page 12? I'm looking at it right now. Unless the hard version of the book is different than the digital one, but that seems unlikely.
It's a pic of Tali's new suit on the left, vs Tali in a different suit in the middle. Then a pic of the back of someone's head (which could be a drell head), and then two pics of faces. The right one seems a drell face, but the left one could easily be a Quarian. It certainly follows the shape of their helmets.

I think those are both early sketches of Thane. Note the lack of a pronounced nose. One of the few features of Tali's face that you can see through the mask is that she has a relatively human-like nose. The eyes don't match either.

Go and leave your fanboism in that topic! Tali for ME3! Companion --> Romance --> Marriage, if you ask me!
Yay

If I use only one core does that mean I cut down the dialogue by 50%?

I hope they do unmask her in ME3, and all you freaks can go "!!!!OMFG!!!!!" when you see her extreme butterface, and wish they'd just left the mask on her.
If they model her after her voice actress (like they did with Miranda), I think people will be very pleased. Liz Sroka is terribly cute.
Btw, I'm pretty sure that the pic of the unmasked Quarian in the "ME2 art book" (that you get with the deluxe/collector's edition) is of Tali.

EDIT: I had unusually long load times in Dragon Age after playing for a couple of hours or more, but not in ME2. Load times are almost non-existent.
