Most of those really aren't cities per se anwyay. As an example Bakersfield CA. Ever been to Bakersfield? Hardly what one would call a thriving metropolis. And Boston least drunkest? Ok, in what alternate universe is this true? One of the biggest college towns in America with a massive population of Irish descent. No, no drinking going on there.
I was wondering what the hell the source for this when I saw it was Men's Health magazine. Pftt, yeah ok.
