A post on AustralianGamer.com confirms plans for downloadable content for BioShock 2. That DLC is coming for the shooter sequel in the works at 2K Games is not surprising, though it's interesting to note that it is already in development. They offer the following quote from Kent Hudson, Senior Systems Designer for 2K Marin: "Absolutely! We are working on pretty aggressive plans for DLC and that's actually something that is already under-way. That is something that is mostly being run out of the Marin studio because like I said the Australian studio is already ramping up on the next big thing." Thanks XboxInsider via Destructoid.
