Maybe we should all type in bold italics from now on then? No, that wouldn't get too irritating too fast, would it?

Bolding in the On Sale section: YES!!
Bolding in Hardware Reviews, etc: Meh, I'm fine either way but I vote no.

I like the bolding, makes it easier for me to pick out titles. I liked it when you spaced it out too, however. I guess I am in the minority.

It does not break the site either way, but I would lean against bold text, at least respective to the rest of the site. As it is, these items generally already have a title and/or bullet and are italicized; why is the bold needed?

Additionally, the bolding is inconsistent with the rest of the site.

I do think some work could be done with regards to how stories are presented, at least in the current formate, as the joke title often wins out over simply listing a given game's name.
Honestly, this site needs an update to how it presents data - forums and pages.

As for the bolding vs non bolding, eh, I never had a problem with the way things used to be, and I don't have a problem with the way they are now. :-shrug-:

Whatever's easiest for you, Blue.

Oh yeah, btw thanks for the recommendation the other day Cres. I ended up going with the Vapor-X 4890 1 gig - couldn't wait for shipping as my card was literlly dying. Sweet card so far, very quiet and cool.

Awesome. I'm always a bit hesitant to believe these "it's really quiet!" statements, until someone actually tries them out. Noise is absolutely my number 1 factor when buying a graphics card. Glad you like it.

I'm gonna get one in a month or so, once Win7 is out.

I also vote for no bolding.

Me too. The non-bold format is much easier to read.

Someone should make The Neverending Story MMO (and no WOW doesn't count!). Let's see: you have Swamps of Sadness (with Shell Mountain), Desert of Colors, the Ivory Tower, purple plains, the northern and southern Oracles, and Spook City. You have creatures like Gmork, Rockbiters, luck dragons, and the Nothing. You have phat loot such as the mystical talisman Auryn, and Drops of Wishes. You have memorable characters like the evil witch Xayide, the three Deep Thinkers, Atreyu, Childlike Emperor, incorporeal oracle Uyulala, Morla the Ancient, the gnomes Urgl and Engywook, and Falkor.

I was okay with bolding on the 'for sale' list, but I don't really dig it for the reviews and such.

Geez Blue, I would've thought a Jim Carrol RIP would've been here.

Sorry, I can only post things I am aware of.

Jimmy was a junkie, wrote poems, books and songs

I say the bolding is a little much. I don't need a whole pile of stuff all over the page "yelling" out at me so to speak. The regular italics were always fine. If I'm looking for something specific on Blue's I can find it without being clubbed over the head with it. That's one of the reasons I love Blue's, Stephen's sense of humor and a low-key site that doesn't need to be flashy and loaded up with all manner of attention grabbing stuff. KISS.

The bold type looks fine when there are only 1-3 listings. But when you get a ton of them (like with On Sale or Hardware Reviews, they start to "bleed together."

I like the bold for "new" sales added to the list. Otherwise the bold is a little difficult for me to read.
