Steam The Witcher Update

Steam now offers an update for the edition of The Witcher: Director's Cut purchased through Valve's service. Future copies of CD Projekt RED's action/RPG purchased through Steam will automatically receive the mature content of the Director's Cut (and the European editions of the game). Update: Steam is also now offering The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Director's Cut for 30% off.

Very nice. BTW, my copy of the original retail just arrived yesterday. Now I have to d/l all the patches. I would rather have had the steam version so it would be automatic and I wouldn't have to get like 6 separate files and deal with patching it, but I didn't want to pay the $40 price. Oh well. Edit: Crap! Steam put it on sale for $28! I shoulda waited and gotten it from there! This comment was edited on Aug 5, 2009, 23:05.
