Those aren't the EO's I, or the article are referring to, you know it, I know it.
Those are the 23 post-Sandy-Hook EAs that both you and Rand Paul were referring to. I doubt you'll defend your claims, since Mr. Paul didn't defend his claim either, so you have nothing to copy-paste.

I love how you ignore the evidence that not only did Obama lie about people being allowed to keep their plans (fact he knew this 3 years ago to be false) but the fact that it's going to cost more, off the backs of younger folks who honestly at that age don't even need healthcare and could be better spending their money towards oh I dunno paying off their school loans, or a car, or a house. etc.

What the hell is wrong with you liberals? Do you honestly believe anyone owes you anything? Who taught you to think this way? I'd seriously like to know.

If you love socialism so much move to Canada, stop trying to redefine the US to be a god damn fucking nanny state where government tells you what to buy, when to buy it and how much to pay for it. Seriously did you get piledriven on your head as a kid?

Just so you're aware, I've saved this entire thread to PDF. Once President Clinton and VP Pelosi are in charge, I'll be forwarding it to Homeland Security so they'll know to watch your dissident ass closely!

Why not just answer the question, if you're so for Obozocare, explain why.

Sure, right after you give specifics on which of the 23 executive actions are unconstitutional and explain specifically why.

Well, this has been hilarious, but I'm pretty much convinced that RT is either completely unhinged or a brilliant troll. I'm leaning towards the former though, because really, I can't fathom a troll that wouldn't have gotten bored with this thread long ago.

RT should probably be heavily medicated. Hopefully Obamacare will help him get the treatment he so badly needs.

cute bagger, it's collapsing on itself and I couldn't be happier, finally maybe people will start waking up about how dishonest and power hungry democrats are.

They'll work the bugs out over the next couple months. By this time next year millions will have signed up and the Tea Party will have continued to be crazy, handing some House seats back to the Dems, or at least to more moderate Republicans.

By 2016 Obamacare will be well entrenched and providing health care at least as well as Medicare does today, and nobody will want the Republicans to touch it. Ted Cruz will be the nominee ushered in by the lunatic fringe which will lead to a landslide victory for Hillary!

All because people like you, RT, are completely fucking nuts. So much so that you can't even recognize it. But others do, and they don't want to let anymore nutjobs anywhere near the government.

Enjoy the bitchslapping that reality is gonna give you in the coming years

Then you posted links to videos that specifically reference the 23 EOs that Obama laid out after Sandy Hook. It was only later that you started posted vids about other EOs.

So, yeah, you were talking about the 2nd amendment-related EOs. Would you care to retract that claim now since you can't seem to defend it?

Ahh ok, I see where the confusion is, I was referring to his comment that "I can do this via EO" not that he did. Sorry for the confusion there. However I still believe some if not all of those 23 are not legal. Especially confiscating private property, and work camps, ala fema camps which we have evidence have been popping up all over.

I've never heard as much mention of a fore coming martial law than I have in the last year or so. And I certainly wouldn't put it past him, the guy isn't genuine, it's obvious.
You keep say things like "some if not all of those 23 are illegal" but you have yet to say which ones and why. Put up or shut up.

Where in the constitution does it grant a president to make EO's like that? Point it out for me smart guy, if anything, when you read especially the 5th amendment in regards to property alone, some of those are unconstitutional. You guys are either obtuse or really love obama's cock or some shit.

If you're not going to name the specific EOs of the 23 related to the gun issue that we've been talking about, and explain exactly how those violate the constitution, then I'll just continue to believe you're still just derping along in your decidedly non-blissful ignorance. I'm not going down another rabbit hole until you show that you can conclude a discussion about a single issue.

READ THE ENTIRE LIST regardless if its about guns. JFC you are obtuse. HELLO MC FLY? ANYONE HOME IN THERE? NO?

No. You made the specific claim that "most" of the 23 EOs Obama laid out related to the gun issue were unconstitutional. I want you to back that up with specifics about which EOs violate which parts of the Constitution. If you refuse, then there's no further point in discussing anything.

Pam Kehaly, president of Anthem Blue Cross in California, said she received a recent letter from a young woman complaining about a 50% rate hike related to the healthcare law.

"She said, 'I was all for Obamacare until I found out I was paying for it,'" Kehaly said.

Classic.

Notice how none of the usual suspects are defending any of this.

I'm still waiting for you to explain how any (let alone most) of the EOs violate the Constitution. I don't plan to engage on any other topics until we settle at least one. You changing the subject constantly is just tedious.

So, I'll ask once again, please do explain which EOs violate the Constitution, and how.

Since when can a president sign into order the right for the government to not only seize all means of transportation, both public and private, Since when can the government take over food production and farms? Since when can the government mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision? Either you refuse to watch the same link I've posted 5 times or you're fine with it.

I used to think conspiracy types were just as loony as the next guy, but I can't help but get this sinking feeling with all the shit that's come out as of late between the NSA crap, the fact that the Boston bombing could have been a set up attack, etc.

Seriously, call me crazy, I'd understand, but there's certainly a lot of very fishy shit going on.
People have been peddling that crap for decades, and none of it has ever happened. It's bullshit. Humans are designed to see patterns in things, and we see them even when there's really nothing there. Just like the people that see Jesus in a piece of toast.

No I get that, but it just seems different with all that has come out as of late. That and I truly have zero faith in Obama as a president, and no it's not only because he's a democrat.

It's really not different at all. It has always seemed different and more real to the people coming up with these crazy conspiracies. You think they weren't utterly convinced of the stuff they were saying back in the past decades? They were. They were still wrong though, just like these guys are wrong today. It's nonsensical. There's no actual evidence. Just a bunch of crap they string together into a huge circular logic loop that makes no sense.

I get that you don't like Obama. I imagine that anyone would hate him if they bought into stuff like that video. But do yourself and the rest of us a favor and separate out the crazy shit and the hyperbole from the actual facts. Focus on real issues, not a bunch of stupid stuff. There are plenty of things to be critical of without inventing a bunch of stuff that just destroys your credibility. Hell, Sepharo made a list of perfectly good things to be pissed about back in post 430. Start there.

So basically you're full of crap. None of his proposed EOs have anything to do with a gun registry, and none of them violate the 2nd amendment. While I don't agree with him, and would oppose the legislation myself, he's not violating the Constitution by asking Congress to pass assault rifle or mag bans.

This is why nobody takes you seriously. You make claims about him violating the Constitution when it's plainly obvious that he's not. This is also why it's such a pain in the ass for people like me that support gun rights, because I get lumped in with a bunch of screaming assholes that have no idea what they're talking about and just spew a lot of WHARRGARBL!! I already told you I don't see what the hell you're talking about. So either tell us what exactly is violating the 2nd amendment or just shut up about the whole thing and quit wasting our time with link spam.

Watch the videos and use your brain. I think you're capable of that.
I already told you I don't see what the hell you're talking about. So either tell us what exactly is violating the 2nd amendment or just shut up about the whole thing and quit wasting our time with link spam.

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Here you have Obama talking about making executive orders to not only force a gun registry database, and for what? But to strip rights that are not to be infringed.

His gun bills have all failed, so what does he do? Circumvent the process and goes right to executive orders.

Mark my words, this guy is the single most dangerous president we've ever had.

Which one of those 23 proposals establishes a gun registry? I don't see it. If you expect anyone to understand why you are so pissed about this, you're gonna have to articulate your argument here. You're not doing that right now. Please try again.
