Scroll down to the part about user.cfg. I think that's it' but it's been awhile. That also shows how to turn off weapon degradation, which always annoyed the fuck out of me.

Of course the game is getting rave reviews. It's exactly the type of game that does so: one that pays lip service to classic games while still making the game, ahem, streamlined enough for journalists to understand and finish it. Deus Ex: HR being a recent example.
