I hope this is good, but won't back them now. 35 quids for the regular game... Nope.

Well they have one called wine last I heard.

Okay, and it works? It's running every DirectX game without any hassle? If so, I'm interested.

a character described as "a cross between Buddy Holly and Vin Diesel."

...or a cross between:
Marilyn Manson and Marilyn Monroe
Elvis Presley and Arnold Schwarzenegger
Trent Reznor and Stan Laurel

Seriously? What kind of character are they working on? Sounds... weird.

Iíll tell you this; I prefer a monthly fee over the F2P model any day. F2P is NOT F2P.

And I'll tell you this: I'm ready to pay ONCE for the game (e.g. Guild Wars 1/2), but will never rent a game for a monthly fee.

It could be that it happened to me twice in that house. I always check out every are in a game, so I might have run into this twice.

EDIT: Tha actually happened to this guy in June, and it hasn't been fixed yet. It happened to me a couple of weeks ago.

Interesting, but I see the devs are now aware of that house. So it looks like this will or should be getting fixed. I guess itís a problem with falling through the world.

El Pit, for now I would just avoid that house. Everythng else so far like we said has been pretty rock solid.

NOW aware? The guy posted this in June, and in December, the bug is still around.

I could just avoid that house, but a bug like this that early in the game made me not want to play on. To me, it was like a huge, red, blinking sign saying "In development. Please check in again later." Again, I liked what I saw, but a showstopping bug that early in the game... I got lots of other games to play where I don't have to do the bug hunting. But I don't feel sorry that I gave the developers my money. Can't say this e.g. for Diablo 3 and ActiBlizz.

Trust them, it's awesome.

After the Diablo 3 travesty (the console version is what the pc version should have been, and I haven't forgotten their reaction to their (now: former) fans) and the imo not really good second third of StarCraft II, I simply cannot trust these guys anyomore. Let's wait and see, and if I like what I read about it after its release, I'll buy the game.

I hope they can make Grim Dawn less buggy. At the moment I can play for 10, max 15 minutes before I am suddenly under water, can't move and have to load a game. But it nevertheless looks good, feels good, and should be successful once the bughunt is over.

Say what? Iíve been playing this game for months now, and I have never once had any issues at all with the game. In fact itís been very stable. I have never heard of this bug until now. Has Crate acknowledged this as a bug?

Acknowledged this as a bug? You mean it's rather a very annoying feature?

Happened twice to me. That's why I stopped playing. I can wait.

It's not a physics impossibility at all. A black hole has to be @10 times the mass of our sun in order to form. So long as the planet(s) are orbiting at a distance far enough from the black hole that they wouldn't be torn apart by a regular sun that size, then they could survive orbiting the black hole.

For a cosmological instant, yes. The entire point of a black hole is that it doesn't allow for stable orbits. Everything eventually gets sucked in.

Admittedly, the blurb doesn't say that the planets have a stable orbit, so perhaps they are on a course to being sucked in.

http://science.nasa.gov/astrophysics/focus-areas/black-holes/

Astronomers believe that supermassive black holes lie at the center of virtually all large galaxies, even our own Milky Way.

A win vs. the German "b team" is not worthless. This "b team" defeated the English lions @ Wembley just a couple of weeks ago. ;)

That's pretty much the definition of worthless right there.

Winning vs. a team that defeats England at home is worthless now?

The current Three Lions team is not the best English team ever, but it is definitely not easy to defeat these guys at home.

It's England, we're obligated to laugh at them.

What did England do again? Oh, yes, right, they attacked the fleet at Pearl Harbor in 1861 during the great war of independence, right? Man, I sure love history!

Anytime you want to attempt to "disallow" my right to breath air just let me know. Would love for you to try.

What is it with the string of want-to-be intellectuals spouting gobbledegook here recently? Enviro-facists today, crypto-facists yesterday.

Exactly. Next thing some "scientists" will claim that smoking could affect your health. Damned enviro anti-smoking Obamacare loving socialist fascist nazi communist retarded eunuch Taliban lesbians. If I had my way, I had all of them...
