Pop ups were the only reason I have Blues ads blocked as well. A few months after you went to UGO I got one that I couldn't close and took over your entire site. I had to sit there for 15 seconds before it went away. That was completely unacceptable and since then I've had *ugo* blocked. Since you've removed yourself from that network I'll gladly see normal ads on your site. I know sites like yours exist only on ad revenue, but I will NOT support take over ads. In-line ads are fine with me as long as there aren't 500 of them. I also hate websites that break up their "content" across 20 pages to get more ad views when the content was short enough to have been on 1 or 2 pages. Blues doesn't have that problem though.
I've been coming here for over 10 years and bluesnews.com has been my homepage since I was on Windows 98. If you put t-shirts or some other way to generate revenue for yourself, I'll gladly support you man. |

I've been looking at Mass Effect for the PC over the past few days and I want it. The only problem is that I've been unemployed for 8 months and can't afford to buy it. Is there any chance of one of you gifting it to me on Steam? It's only $20. If you want to, let me know and I'll get in contact with you.

| I think they should not show/count every single expansion for this as separate content on Steam. I was browsing the simulation section last week and it seems like half of the titles are this game and it's expansions. That's uncalled for! |

| I can't log in to my account. It says it had been merged already, which I never did because I've not played WoW since early this year. I created a new b.net account and tried to merge my WoW account with it but it still said it was already merged. Currently waiting on Blizzard to respond to my email from 3 days ago. |

Without going out too crazy here, but the screenshots look crazily similar to that of wow. I realise there is a limited scope to what you can do with a MMORPG but at least you could try with the interface....
Damn, you're right. The interface is almost a 100% clean rip of WoW's. I guess you use what works right? lol...  |

The art from stamps is awe inspiring. I'm a very patient person, but there's no way in hell I could do something like that!

| I couldn't pass up Supreme Commander and Forged Alliance for only $5. I bought the original SupCom when it first came out, but I've always held off on FA because I felt it was too expensive. This makes that no longer true. My only gripes are that it still has DRM, and having to give my money to IGN. |

The login to your account, and on the user settings on the menu bar on the left, change your email...
The problem is that i can't change my email address on this main account because my secondary account uses my current email address.

Not sure where to post this request so here goes:
I have two accounts here at Blues News. This one (my main one) with an ancient email address that I've not been able to use for more than 8 years, and a secondary account i must have created when i forgot the password to this one. (i don't actually remember why i created the second account)
Is there some way to combine these two accounts with each other, keeping the post count and actual posts on both? I can provide user information to prove i have both accounts. Obviously i won't give that information here on the boards. If you look, this account was created back in 2001. But anyway, let me know what i can do about this. It's been bugging me for years that i have to sign in with an email address i can't even use anymore. |
