I enjoyed the game itself. I'm glad to see it's returning. It had its issues, but as far as killing lots of zombies with some fun weapons, I enjoyed it.
Things I didn't care for:
Repetitive tiles. There were only a few distinct locations.
Similar to this, the "Hell" area sucked and was a huge letdown.
The skills you purchased were meh.
There were different game modes, one of which was almost RTS like. It felt very tacked on and didn't work very well (you watched out of a window, if I recall, while commanding troops). They didn't use this much, though.
The interface in general wasn't that great. Improved with patches, but still needed work.
That's all I remember that I didn't like. Overall though I had fun playing it and will most likely reinstall it (if I can find the disc).

| As much as I'd love to beta test this game, fuck paying for the privilege. I remember beta testing Settlers 3 or 4. Got a tshirt out of it. Times have changed. |

| Since you appear to be associated with the game, Island Dog, did they enable the 3D graphics yet in the beta or is it still the flat 2D mode (I know they were working on gameplay with 2D mode before turning on 3D)? Also, I read something about the 64 bit version and how the game is supposed to be more epic-y on 64 bit systems (larger maps, etc). Is that still going forward? That was one of the main reasons I was looking in to the game. |

| That STO is the pre-order to get in to beta. Lots of people buy it and then return it. No surprise that it's so high on the list. |

| I dunno, seemed kinda floaty. Which was annoying since the point of the game seems to be to avoid the spikes, so the floaty-ness made that difficult. At least there were save points all over the place. |

Console developer. Wasn't their last game for the PC B&W2? Which followed their failure of B&W1? I was upset that Fable 2 didn't come to PC. Should move this developer in to the console-only pile. |

| They have (had?) a deal where you could return for 10 days or so. Was tempted to see how my chars were doing. I don't think I've logged in to DAoC since WoW came out. I miss some aspects of it still. Their RvR has yet to be beat. |

| Anyone know if Steam is getting this? I'd assume so since they have #1. Was thinking about preordering it while I have money, but don't see it available on Steam yet. |

| Fallen Earth had an absolutely shitty interface and graphics, and yet I can't stop thinking about buying it. Anyone here play it and can comment on whether it improves much past the first few levels? I tend to leans toward PvE and the crafting was interesting. |

| I have no doubt they'll get it fixed. But yes, it does suck that it's crashing so hard. Isn't Runic the ones that sent a custom version of Torchlight to someone who had a bug similar to this which turned on a bunch of debugging so they could find it? I haven't played Torchlight in a couple of weeks. Just no time with all the other games out there. |

And only 1 person has finished World of Warcraft heh.
Finished until 3.3, which was released on Tuesday. New quests/achievements came out, so he's un-finished now. Not that it'll take him long to re-finish. |
