| :40 seconds, we see Alyx running on a light bridge. I'm guessing that's what the bridges were in E2. I forgot about those and thought for a moment that we were seeing a sneak peak of something. Still, I don't recall cinematics in HL2. |

| I'm trying to avoid any game purchases until the Steam Sale. I should probably start a list though of games to look in to when it does happen. Perhaps some sort of wishlist... for Steam. |

Wonder if they're turning off various bits of hardware to force everyone on to a single system where they can watch the results. That'd make more sense for stressing something, and they could watch/tweak it during a regular workday.

So is this the only map in beta? It seems whenever I watch a video, it's on this map. Also, the game isn't open world, right? You basically pick these areas to fight in and warp in to an instance?
I never played PS1. |

Ya know, I actually enjoyed the fighting parts of Rage. I hated the driving shit. And the quest hub areas were annoying also (I actually quit in one because I wasn't sure where to go). But when I actually got to go somewhere and fight, I enjoyed it.
Some day I will finish the game. I just have to find a walkthrough so I can figure out where I need to go next. |

| Ok, watched the whole thing. I really like most of the facial animations, although the lips don't seem to move enough. Feels a bit off. The other stuff was cool looking. Really picked up outside the club. I wonder how much of the traffic light was scripted. Seems like he caused a lot of innocent casualties. |
