Not if they burned through all the cash before realizing it. You might get pennies on the dollar, but I wouldn't count much more than that.

that sounds fishy - i dont know all the contractual details about paying money to kickstarter, but im pretty sure you can count on a lack of litigious points in your favor

In 2005 the WTO ruled that the US refusal to let Antiguan gambling companies access their market violated free-trade, as domestic companies were allowed to operate freely. In 2007 the WTO went a step further and granted Antigua the right to suspend U.S. copyrights up to $21 million annually.

TorrentFreak is in the process of obtaining details of the content to be offered and the prices to be charged. One option would be to ask users for $5 a month in return for unlimited access to U.S. media.

hahaha.. YES! do it

id pay 5 for unlimited access, sold

HTF do you miscalculate your budget by 50 grand? That's one of the problems with KS. This could become a common problem. And if it does then you're going to start seeing class-action suits.

refunds will probably happen before that, dont you think

Curtis was 19 when he won the Dell Dude role in 2000. He lost his job in 2003 after he was arrested in New York while trying to buy a bag of marijuana. He also happened to be wearing a kilt at the time

hrm i thought he got canned for talking shit about dell on some late night show, while he still had the gig

Eh Darks does have a point. Regs here are prolly the most negative for the sake of being negative when compared to most other gaming news sites.

nope, thats wrong... find me some evidence and then we'll talk - until then, im gonna laugh at this really hard

That's still the dumbest fucking decision Volition ever made.

We're assuming it was their decision...

That's a fair point. I should amend my statement to "the dumbest fucking decision Volition OR THQ ever made."

Playing "Guerrilla" doesn't make you a Red Faction fan. There were 2 games before Guerrilla, Red Faction 1 was awesome. Best game of 2000-2005 period. The MP is pure gold.

Red Faction has NOTHING to do with being open world. If you think that, you have no idea what the series is about.

Eager to see what happens to the series! need intel asap!

damn this kid's got something to prove dont he

It is not that Iím defending the game; Iím just getting tired of all the negativity when it comes to pc games in general here at Blues. Itís becoming a routine here listening to whinny assed people bitch about pc games in general when there are not a whole lot of them to go around as it is.

In fact itís getting a little sickening reading it all the time by the same people doing the bitchin.

seriously? you dont like the comments in the "comments" area?

go have a tea party or play with some dolls or something.. maybe bake some cupcakes

if this place is too rough for you, then put on your tiara and be off on your merry way.. because if you dont expect "negativity" at a gaming website, you've got a few decades to catch up on

You could always put Fallout stories outside the US territories though. I would love to see Fallout Europe, Fallout Russia, Fallout China etc. I am actually baffled they didn't expand on the backstory in Fallout 3 and NV.. it's just been stagnating.

Or maybe inside the vault-tech bunkers.

Fallout Japan, dude...

Japan..

its even topical and all that

Have any of you guys ever watched Jeremiah

i wanted to hate that show, but its actually pretty good... you gotta be able to get over Luke Perry and Cosby Show Theo as the lead characters, which took me a while

but i dont really see "Fallout" there.. the show is entirely realistic, no sci-fi, no mutants, not much humor

its more like a family version of "The Road"

btw the whole thing is on hulu:

Nobody says anything on buses
that's why people kill themselves
Desperation against the world
Can't find a way to express themselves
Society breeds hate and derision
But society is only a mass of people
Striving to be god at the expense of others
Striving to be better than their next door neighbour

People are scared underneath their silence
People are getting more afraid
They turn to their leaders for help and guidance
And then the system wins again
And will carry on winning 'til god knows when
Til people start to talk to each other
Everyone just like a brother
Til the morals and fear that divides us all
Are no longer the excuse for the system's rule
