Of course, Lucas and Spielberg seem to think that one summer of a half-dozen stinkers will end this (haven't we had that yet?)

Maybe it'll be next summer when Transformers 4 is out.

Don't worry we aren't spying on you. However because this is all classified we can't actually tell you what we're doing. We can tell congress but then they're sworn to secrecy, but you guys trust congress right? If you force us to tell you the terrorists will win. So everythings dandy.

Seriously though that is a scary shit ton of data storage.

I don't think I even used the Typhoon on my run. I went completely non-lethal aside from a fully upgraded revolver "just in case". It had explosive ammo or something didn't it? Bosses didn't last too long.

Sadly no tech information whatsoever. So still skeptic (But I can agree that it's a cool tech... hoping it won't be an expensive barf simulator when people start trying it longer than an hour)

From the hands-on impressions I've read the barf simulator starts when you first put it on. There is this disembodiment feeling since it feels like your head is in the game but your body isn't. Eventually you get used to it and people describe it as feeling pretty natural after awhile. No question though this isn't going to be as friendly as just watching your TV. But I still want it.

They really haven't been. They ousted the head of Windows, but he needed to go. Xbox hasn't had huge losses.

Sure there have. This article goes through 33 people who left from 2010-2011, this one is more recent and includes Sinofsky whom you mentioned.

Don Mattrick just saw his MS star severely tarnished. I'm thinking he has a year left there after this.

At the rate MS has been shedding high level employees the last few years there won't be much talent left if they keep it up. I think its fair to say some of their recent, obvious mistakes could be attributed to a brain drain.

Now to see if existing owners have to rebuy the game, if its available as DLC for the original, or if christmas came early and its a free upgrade to original copies (hah!).

Man that Smash Bros Mega Man trailer has me actually wanting a Wii U, I wish they had dropped the price.

Yes that pressed all sorts of nostalgic buttons. Now they just need to get a Belmont in there.

A pac-man museum. Ok that's kinda random. But while we're on the topic:

1st person Pacman

Surprisingly creepy. Better with the sound off imo.

The big difference is when Obama took office he had the chance to disband all of these spy programs that Bush imposed. Instead Obama is just following in W's footsteps. Too me that's even worse, because he knew of the wrongdoing in the first place, but instead of setting things right he lied to the public and did the same god damn backstabbing dirty spying that W instituted.

Its even worse than all that as he specifically campaigned against all this secretive bullshit and then went full retard when he got in office. Both "parties" have elected terrible leaders back to back, noone gets to use "told you so" anymore. Speaking as a Canadian here, what we're seeing coming out of your country is scaring us. Partly because its making our government envious!

News Comments > Star Citizen Passes $10MM in Funding
16. Re: Star Citizen Passes $10MM in Funding Jun 11, 2013, 14:39 NegaDeath

I plunked down $60. I am still wary of big projects like this being funded through kickstarter. Something at this scale has so much that can go wrong. FTL by comparison was a small project with low expectations that fortunately turned out fantastic (now get started on a sequel guys).

But in the end the guy has the pedigree, he's been really good with the community and updates, and this might be the only way to get this genre moving again.

On a different note, the Nintendo conference isn't getting much attention BTW but its fucking great so far, that new Mario game looks awesome and Xenoblade 2 looks fucking epic.

Yeah they're easy to ignore now but I still love Nintendo stuff. Xenoblade 2 looks incredible. And the new Smash Bros reveal with Megaman as a playable character? Fucking. Finally.

Seriously though that is damn pretty. Bethesda's got their work cut out for them with the next non-MMO Elder Scrolls.

This reminds me of when Sony stole the thunder from the Sega Saturn when they announced their lower price for the PS2 at E3. Even that doesn't compare to just how thoroughly they took them apart today. There are some funny, funny gifs being pumped out right now.
