I feel much the same way. I just don't like to compete with other people, I prefer working together. I do play a few competitive games with my bro and nephew like Worms and Hero Academy, but I don't really play them to win, but to hang out with family who live far away.

Mostly I view playing games as puzzle solving, and playing against the AI is a puzzle to solve: how to best use my forces to defeat the AI on this map, terrain, position, faction, etc. Other reasons I play mostly SP is to experience a narrative, so I like games such as Skyrim and Deus Ex too. And lastly I play games to relax and playing competitively with winning as my goal is stressful for me, not fun.
