That will work just fine, though to be honest, getting a 120Hz device is likely overkill, as the console will be locked at 60fps at most.

I got this one to use as the monitor for my PC and it works great (though I had some issues with my Radeon card overscanning at first.)

Unless somethings changed in the last year or two since I bought my set, that 120Hz (or higher) claim TV manufacturers have only applies to that weird motion smoothing filter that everyone turns off after 5 minutes. The PC/Consoles will likely only see a 60Hz display.

Edit: This site explains it better.

Perhaps he meant secret courts and secret warrants.

There's also secret legal interpretations of laws that they refuse to release.

I got to play with one for awhile, the Zune was indeed pretty awesome. It came out WAY too late though and Microsofts weak marketing couldn't dent the Apple juggernaut.

...how about not fucking use guns in the first place? Idiots.

To be fair schools don't have time to teach crackpot theories like "Gravity" and "Momentum" so these people don't know any better.

Members of congress are calling for the death penalty to be applied to him, the US is one of the last places he should be right now.

"The possible restructuring comes amid increasing investor pressure on Microsoft, including a recent run-up in its stock and a renewed effort by activist shareholders urging that some level of change take place at Microsoft."

That might have been a good thing to do a few years ago when Microsoft was ignoring the changing market, and before they almost completely abandoned the future to Google/Apple. I'm sure Teflon Ballmer will fix it though Rolleyes

That would be a negatory on my end. Not since Stardock moved their games to Steam.

The shame here is really on Microsoft for not taking care of their own shit and half-assing everything they do.

Oh that is absolutely correct. Yesterday I was trying to load up an unused Surface RT with WMV media files for a trade show my company had a booth at. I figured it would be a good use of an otherwise useless device. I discovered upon testing that it "didn't support that format". A WINDOWS tablet that can't play WINDOWS media files. Pathetic.

Edited with missing file info

Yup they don't collect location data. Until someone proves they're lying, again. At which point they say they had to lie because of "terrorists etc etc". After that all they have to do is mention 9/11 to placate the drones.

Translation: We don't want to spend the time to properly support the platform so you get sloppy seconds. Again.

I do see where AMD will have a natural advantage on CPU power with console ports though, at least in the beginning. The new consoles have 8-core CPU's that are clocked fairly low, similar to AMD's desktop CPU lineup. Intel has higher performance per core but doesn't have a desktop product with more than 4 physical cores. The more expensive i7's have hyperthreading which would help, but for now AMD is a better match.

Edit: Story update sounds better, though it probably only applies to Dice.

Maybe the TSA agent was angry that she pulls off the look better than he does. Maybe he was born in the era where just showing your ankles was considered slutty. All I know is the kid looks perfectly normal to me.

Yep yep, keep on defending his actions, no matter how far away they are from common sense. Because life is a Jason Bourne movie, and everyone wants to believe that, I guess?

Would YOU leave your girlfriend behind, not telling her anything, and go to a foreign country?

I don't think so. Most reasonable/sane humans would not.

Jason Bourne? Wtf are you even talking about? Why are you even bringing his girlfriend up? Its utterly irrelevant to the topic at hand.

Standard shill practice. Attack the man, change the topic. We're done here.

1) Delusions of grandeur. Similar programs have been known to exist since 1997. And there was already a scandal about this in 2006.

2) America is a big country. There are bound to be pissed off people. He put his girlfriend right in the crosshairs and just left her there. This makes sense HOW?

1) Ok. And? Scandals have a double jeopardy clause now? Is that an NSA thing?

2) Apparently he has more faith in the US than you do.
