This'll be the only way I'd buy costume DLC.

Managed to squeek in and nab these in between server belches. I know what I'm trying this weekend. Never played the DOS originals.

Interested in seeing where this is going. Not sold on the controller yet but Microsoft direly needs some serious competition on the PC platform.

He's pointing out that the article says that the cooperative spying has been happening for 60 years now. So it's not the current government who set this up. And who was prime minister 60 years ago ish...Louis St Laurent, a Liberal.

Of course the CBC is not exactly a reputable source of information given it's leftwards bias.

The G20 spying happened during the current gov. The domestic warrantless "anti-child predators" spying bill that enraged the population was during the current gov. The same bill that has now been repackaged as as the "anti-cyber bullying" bill is during the current gov. As always it's a matter of degrees.

At worst the CBC is barely left of center. To someone far to the right even the center is too far to the left.

Dice is terrible at patching. I think back to how long that incredibly stupid red/blue bug was around in BF2 and little has changed.

That's gotta be a new record for the amount of time it took to get a sequel.

No, they can't prevent EVERY single threat/attempt, but do you realize how many threats they have thwarted that we don't even know about, which enables us to sleep at night?

How can a person realize something they are forbidden from knowing?

So from all the discussion regarding black hole physics I think we've come to the conclusion that if we fly into the Black Hole we'll be transported somewhere mysterious. I'll let you know how it works out.

While a deeply creepy voice keeps repeating "In in in! Through through through! And beyond! In in in! Through through through! And beyond!"

I was thinking this would start playing, but that works too.

I have an Auzentech Hometheatre card. The difference in audio quality between it and my onboard is pretty striking. Yeah creative sucks with their drivers, I think my card has one release per year. But when Microsoft changed the driver model with Vista I think the audio driver became a lot less important anyways.

It never gets old boarding a ship. Swinging over and leap stabbing a guy like a badass. Counter throwing the scout off the top of the mast and watching him scream on the way down as he plinko's off the edge of the ship. Using not one, not two, not even three but four pistols in a combo. I lose myself in this game way too much.

The mentality of 'they don't have a right to do this until I've done something wrong' simply doesn't make sane, rational sense.

And with that statement you tried to waive your right to due process. Frightening.

Oh sure, but when a jihadist troll bombs a building in Stormwind City we all know you'll cry bloody murder they weren't spying on them to stop it! Snowden is a traitor to the Alliance!

Tongue in cheek aside this thing seems to have no end. It's like the worlds worst pinata, news agencies keep taking whacks at it and more and more shitty bite-sized revelations come out. The end revelation seems more and more likely to be "NSA spies on everything everywhere that's plugged in or wireless".

I'm using waterfox now, I usually have a lot of tabs open and I find it's faster than vanilla firefox. I want to like chrome with its speed but I can't bring myself to switch so google can slurp up even more of my data.
