Keep the sensor and add a blaring verbal alarm.

"Yellow alert! Yellow alert! Urination in progress!"

Lock the door for 5 min and let the alarm keep playing. That should take care of the problem.

Oh shit man, now I gotta buy a suit and an oxygen tank to play this game? MY HOBBY IS GETTING TOO EXPENSIVE! :(

You aren't going to build the vacuum chamber to play it in to really make it authentic? Pfft, cheapskate.

Zombie

Actually goofed on an edit and forgot to fix it. Pay no attention. Do not let your brains fixate on it any further, it makes them stringy.

It'll happen tomorrow.

If the dogfighting preview looks good they'll probably get two mil.

Eh. I wasn't a fan of the Metroid Prime games, and their FPS mechanics were probably their weakest parts.

I was referring more to the fact that people at Retro also have experience working on FPS titles from prior work history with other developers.

Retro is a talented western developer with experience in the FPS genre that Nintendo distinctively lacks. But fuck all that let's have them make yet another 2D sidescroller. We definitely need more of those! Rolleyes

At least throw fans a bone. How about a digital F-Zero GX HD? Minimal investment on your part. We know it was a sleeper hit on the Cube, this would let you recoup some of that money while helping to revive the franchise. Widescreen, online support, tweak the difficulty curve, done.

Sounds too similar to "protest zones". Mingle and don't be an ass, the end.

An asshole lounge would need to be bigger. Gapingly bigger.

And you just know someone is going to try to fit furniture into the lounge that is far too big and get stuck and/or injure themselves.

I'm going to say most cars will just stay with windscreen wipers, really.

Cool factor of a pair of windscreen wipers: Meh
Cool factor of a sound wave forcefield generator: Fuck yeah!

Well, in the middle of prepping that appetizer, someone dropped of some truffles and Comte, and he decided to incorporate it, so it took another 15 minutes. That's sort of what happened here to cause the delay. Since it's software, switch minutes to weeks.

The chef promised it 15 minutes ago though. Clearly he's either not working on it and stole our money or it caught on fire in the back. And for that matter he's probably faking that all those donated ingredients came in. His restaurant isn't popular enough, there must be hidden investors secretly controlling the recipe from behind the scenes. His vegetable count is going up too quickly.

They've taken in so many drugs over the course of their lives that it forced their bodies to evolve to become more resistant to damage. Hostile foreign bacteria and viruses simply can't survive in the chemical cocktail that is their bloodstream. It's science, people.

Seems kinda like something you would have planned out 6 mos before the release of the module, not reach the deadline then decide. lol failed

Or maybe the fact that it's in pre-ALPHA meant that actual net testing of the dogfighting module didn't occur until recently and the test results are what drove them to make the change? Because large projects like games are often subject to delays caused by technology that are sometimes difficult to forsee in advance? And that in normal game development this kind of delay would be invisible to us since we would only be aware of delays to the final product release date?

Damn the boards are whiny today.

Hmm genius? Test the waters by releasing an awful facsimile to really see how many people it will piss off.

If they wanted to gauge interest, look at Star Citizen..its there. We dont want a dumb down F2P tailored for the low end PC/Xbox crowd..

We've seen a single trailer for all of an hour and already you know it's an awful facsimile? A facsimile of what exactly? It looks more like Rogue Leader or Battlefront than X-Wing to me.

Star Citizen is an anomaly among kickstarters, let alone gaming in general. Crowdfunding is not the same thing as sales. Unless a game goes crazy with DLC you can't spend $1000 on a single game.

Allow me to play devils advocate and suggest maybe this is their way of testing the waters for the desire for a full X-Wing sim.

I will continue to engage in this brash and dangerous optimism by also pointing out that there was no prequel nonsense to be seen in this trailer so maybe they're listening to fans a bit.
